This project consists of 72 no. of apartments, a gymnasium and basement carparking. The existing site is a long narrow strip along the Lee estuary and contains a disused warehouse and loading facility. The proposed scheme is an S-shape four storey building which is designed to maximise the views and orientation of the apartments while achieving the best possible density of residential units.
